VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 22-year-old antheral was arrested aft constabulary accidental that they discovered 2 rifles, extended magazines, ammunition, and narcotics. 

According to the Visalia Police Department, astir 8:45 p.m. connected Tuesday, officers responded to reports of a suspicious idiosyncratic adjacent Chinowth Street and Judy Avenue. 

Officers accidental they contacted Julian Demetrio Gutierrez. Police accidental they recovered Gutierrez with 2 ample bags, 1 of which contained a disposable rifle. 

After officers detained Gutierrez they allegedly discovered the 2 rifles, extended magazines, ammunition, and narcotics. 

Gutierrez was arrested and booked astatine the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility, according to police.
