FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Jobita Camacho, a campaigner for Selma City Council has been arraigned successful a Fresno County Court Room connected charges of allegedly filing a mendacious declaration of candidacy and perjury.
During Camacho’s tribunal appearance, she plead "not guilty".
According to the District’s Attorney, it is alleged that connected July 25, Camacho submitted paperwork to tally for the District 4 Council Seat connected the Selma City Council, erstwhile she lives successful District 2. She did truthful nether punishment of perjury.
