Graduation Day at Valley State Prison

CHOWCHILLA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Valley State Prison successful Chowchilla is celebrating a first-of-its-kind graduation ceremony.

More than 30 inmates each received a Bachelor of Arts successful Social Science.

They were taught by Fresno State module members who visited the installation implicit the past 2 years.
