PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A 28-year-old from Porterville pleaded blameworthy connected Monday for making 3 destructive devices and a silencer, according to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) - including 1 that was described arsenic akin to a subject claymore mine.

Officials accidental 28-year-old Joseph Marcus Silva manufactured 3 destructive devices, each of which were designed to expel a projectile. The DOJ says Silva utilized a 3D printer to marque 2 of the devices. One of the devices was akin to a subject Claymore mine.
