FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A Fresno antheral has been sentenced aft being accused of being a felon successful possession of ammunition and manus grenade, the United States Department of Justice said.
The DOJ says Eric Feldmann, 39, of Fresno, was sentenced Monday to 8 years and 1 period for possessing methamphetamine and being a felon successful possession of ammunition and an MKII manus grenade.
According to tribunal documents, connected Dec. 24, 2023, Feldmann knowingly possessed an MKII manus grenade with a M204A2 Fuze successful his car. The grenade was seized by constabulary and destroyed.
The DOJ says Feldmann besides possessed betwixt 50 and 200 grams of methamphetamine successful integrative bags. On Jan. 9 of this year, instrumentality enforcement officers seized respective rounds of ammunition from Feldmann's retention locker.
