Congressman Jim Costa receives award in Ukraine for defending democracy

UKRAINE (KSEE/KGPE) - Congressman Jim Costa was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, portion successful Ukraine lending his support.
