CHP cites over 400 drivers in Fresno over Labor Day weekend

FRESNO Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The California Highway Patrol cited implicit 400 drivers successful Fresno implicit the Labor Day Weekend and investigated 4 fatal crashes.
