Authorities investigating homicide at Merced County Jail

MERCED COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities are investigating a homicide astatine the Merced County Jail.

The sheriff's bureau says 26-year-old Edward Ramos was recovered unresponsive successful his compartment Sunday night.

He was aboriginal pronounced dead.
