Officers accidental 21-year-old Elixandro Miranda was driving a dune buggy connected the canal slope adjacent Route 140 astatine Gravel Pit Road erstwhile helium got disoriented and crashed into the canal.

Miranda and 2 of his 3 passengers were capable to get to safety, but a pistillate successful her 20s is inactive missing.
