Visalia substitute teacher facing child abuse charges

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A substitute teacher successful Visalia is successful custody and facing charges of kid abuse.

Police responded to La Joya Middle School connected Wednesday for a study of a pupil being grabbed by the teacher, 50-year-old Enrique Serrano.

He was arrested and booked astatine the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
