Puerto Rico has been a strategical plus for the U.S. for implicit a century, but its 3.2 cardinal citizens are inactive denied afloat governmental rights and equality nether national laws, which is simply a contradiction of the U.S.'s foundational values of self-determination and authorities by consent of the governed.
