Tower District's first park is open

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Tower District's archetypal parkland is officially open.

The caller Broadway Parque features shaded play structures, including slides and inclusive swings for children with disabilities, water-wise irrigation, picnic tables, and benches.

The 29,000 square-foot parkland is the lone greenish abstraction successful Tower, replacing the aged Central Police Station.
