This bill would exacerbate the affordability crisis 

The Fair Prices for Local Businesses Act, which would grow the Robinson-Patman Act, is being projected by Washington Democrats and would effect successful higher prices for consumers, portion benefiting plaintiffs' lawyers and less-efficient businesses.
