According to deputies, 41-year-old Paul Anthony Sanchez has been missing since Sept. 15. He was past seen successful downtown Fresno and is considered "At-Risk" owed to aesculapian issues
Sanchez is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 150 lbs., with brownish eyes and a shaved head. He besides has a tiny tattoo adjacent his near eye.
