The first university has admitted to race-based hiring

The University of Virginia's interim president and Board of Visitors person been criticized for agreeing to a standstill statement with the Justice Department, which includes not taking contention into relationship successful admissions and employment decisions, and for shutting down the university's diversity, equity and inclusion office.
