Suspect who shot officer stole a Fresno Police vehicle, chief confirms

Paul Rodriguez Cisneros, 56, stole a Fresno Police conveyance to flight the country of a home disturbance telephone connected Saturday, but was tracked down and arrested the adjacent day.
