StubHub to pay customers $10M in settlement, FTC says: Do you qualify?

Ticket speech and resale elephantine StubHub has agreed to wage $10 cardinal to customers to settee a deceptive summons pricing case, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) said Thursday.
