Prop 36 needs state money to work, says Tulare County DA: 'Where's the funding?'

VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Tulare County's DA is calling connected the authorities to money the programs needed to marque Prop. 36 work, saying connected Wednesday that Governor Gavin Newsom’s May fund revision fails to money attraction programs necessary.

District Attorney Tim Ward's remark echoes those made by Fresno County Sheriff John Zanoni past month, who said slashing authorities backing disregards the volition of California voters.
