Over 50 citations issued to drivers, motorcyclists in Visalia

VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Over 50 drivers and motorcyclists were cited this week during the Visalia Police Department's motorcycle information enforcement operation.

Police said they issued 55 citations to drivers and motorcycle riders during this week.

Citations were issued for a scope of violations, including cellphone usage portion driving, speeding, reddish light, halt motion violations and driving without a license.

Funding for this programme was provided by a assistance from the California Office of Traffic Safety done the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
