MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Over 100 radical were ticketed during Madera County's Memorial Day enforcement.
Madera-area CHP says 67 drivers were cited for speeding, 2 of whom were speeding successful excess of 100 mph. Officers besides cited 17 radical for not wearing a seatbelt, 10 for Primary Collision Factor (causing crashes), and 25 others for undisclosed reasons.
During the enforcement campaign, CHP made 7 arrests, including six for DUI. Officers accidental they besides gave warnings to 76 drivers and impounded different 10 vehicles.
In total, 119 citations were issued, and nary fatal crashes were reported.
