'Out of respect': Fresno moves forward with plans to undo Cesar Chavez Boulevard's name change

The City of Fresno is moving guardant with plans to undo the sanction alteration of Cesar Chavez Boulevard successful effect to allegations of intersexual misconduct against Cesar Chavez, including Dolores Huerta and 2 different women.
