Organ donor and recipient partner to host weekend 5k fundraiser in Visalia

Captain Harold Liles and Lieutenant Michele Price, some of whom person been impacted by crab and organ donation, are holding a 5k tally and locomotion to rise consciousness and funds for the National Kidney Organization and Donor Network West.
