New York AG sues to uphold national emissions rules

New York Attorney General Letitia James and 40 states, counties, cities, and authorities agencies person sued the national authorities to halt the EPA from repealing the 2009 endangerment finding, which recovered that greenhouse gases endanger nationalist wellness and welfare.
