Man found with loaded weapons during traffic stop in Madera, police say

MADERA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A 19-year-old was arrested during a postulation halt successful Madera Saturday for allegedly having aggregate loaded weapons, according to the city's constabulary department.
