According to CHP, the operator of the Nissan failed to halt astatine the posted halt sign. The Tundra crashed into the close broadside of the Nissan.

The operator of the Nissan was unresponsive and was transported to Community Regional Medical Center, wherever helium aboriginal died. The operator of the Toyota sustained insignificant injuries.
