Police arrested 33-year-old Deandre Dewayne McClain, who's accused of shooting astatine an Amtrak autobus driver.

Police accidental the operator was cleaning his autobus aft returning to the presumption erstwhile a antheral walked up and fired respective rounds.

Police arrived to find the operator besides had a graze coiled to his feature owed to breached glass.

He was taken to CRMC and aboriginal released.
