Man arrested for string of vehicle burglaries throughout the Central Valley, deputies say

Rayford Eaton of Fresno was arrested connected Friday for a drawstring of conveyance burglaries crossed the Central Valley, and owed to Proposition 36, helium is not eligible for bail.
