MERCED, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - One of the suspects who was caught stealing pumpkins from a Merced County church has been identified and arrested, the sheriff's bureau said.
The sheriff's bureau identified the antheral arsenic 47-year-old Jose Manuel Castro from Livingston.
