MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A lawman was recognized aft driving hundreds of miles to retrieve children who were abducted and reunited them with their mother, the Madera County Sheriff's Office said.
The sheriff's bureau says Deputy Samantha Gutierrez precocious handled a lawsuit of parental abduction. Gutierrez, pursuing an extended investigation, was capable to find the children successful Bullhead City, Ariz. In practice with the Madera County District Attorney's Office, they were capable to negociate the harmless instrumentality of the children.
According to sheriff's officials, Gutierrez, on with DA Investigator Wilmer Inzunza, drove to Bullhead City and recovered the children connected Wednesday. The children were reunited with their mother.
Madera County Sheriff Tyson Pogue recognized the lawman connected a social media post, stating the lawman demonstrated outstanding determination and investigative work.
"Deputy Gutierrez demonstrated outstanding investigative enactment and determination to bring these children location safely," helium said.
Sheriff Pogue besides says the concern was resolved "thanks to the beardown concern betwixt the Madera County Sheriff’s Office and the District Attorney’s Office."
