'Long overdue': Fresno business reacts to Cesar Chavez Boulevard sign change

The Fresno City Council voted to region the Cesar Chavez sanction from the streets and metropolis crews are replacing the thoroughfare signs with the aged names, which is expected to beryllium completed by mid-next week.
