Local students assemble meals to beryllium  sent to Southeast Asia

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Students are taking enactment to assistance nonstop thousands of meals overseas.

On Sunday, the Justin Garza High School Interact Club assembled 15,000 schoolhouse meals that volition beryllium shipped to Southeast Asia.

This is simply a concern with Rise Against Hunger to assistance support students fed.

Dozens came retired to assemble the assistance astatine the precocious school.

The Interact Club says this lets them grow their attraction internationally.

The Justin Garza High School Interact Club besides partnered with North Fresno Rotary.

They raised implicit $6,000 for this project.
