Lawmakers unveil bipartisan measure to ban stock trading by members of Congress

A bipartisan radical of House lawmakers has introduced the "Restore Trust successful Congress Act" which would prohibition banal trading by members of Congress and their adjacent household members, and enforce fiscal penalties for violations.
