Justice Department drops criminal probe of Fed chair Powell, likely clearing way for Warsh

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department has ended its probe into Federal Reserve seat Jerome Powell, clearing a large roadblock to the confirmation of his successor, Kevin Warsh.
