Judge declines to review new evidence in Scott Peterson innocence claim

SAN MATEO, Calif. (KGO) -- The Los Angeles Innocence Project (LAIP) plans to entreaty a San Mateo County judge's ruling declining to reappraisal caller grounds successful Scott Peterson's execution case.
