SAN MATEO, Calif. (KGO) -- The Los Angeles Innocence Project (LAIP) plans to entreaty a San Mateo County judge's ruling declining to reappraisal caller grounds successful Scott Peterson's execution case.

The determination came down connected Tuesday aft LAIP filed a petition saying they person compelling technological grounds that tin beryllium Peterson was wrongfully convicted.
