A national justice connected Thursday blocked President Donald Trump's enforcement bid to unopen down the Education Department and ordered the bureau to reinstate employees who were fired successful wide layoffs.

WASHINGTON -- A national justice successful Boston has blocked the Trump administration from attempting to dismantle the Department of Education.

U.S. District Judge Myong Joun issued a preliminary injunction Thursday that bars the Trump medication from firing fractional the Department of Education's workforce.

A radical that includes respective authorities attorneys general, schools, and nonprofits challenged Trump's efforts to trim the size of the Department of Education past month, arguing the president cannot unilaterally unopen down a national section created by Congress.

Lawyers for the Trump medication argued that the efforts to trim the Department of Education would marque it much efficient, and were abstracted from Trump's vow to abolish the department.

Judge Joun was unconvinced.

"The grounds abundantly reveals that Defendants' existent volition is to efficaciously dismantle the Department without an authorizing statute," helium wrote.
