Industrial corporations call for halt to South Fresno development

Two concern corporations are asking the City of Fresno to hold the Southeast Central Specific Plan (SCSP) and Elm Avenue Rezone, claiming the SCSP is flawed and that the country is amended suited for much concern use, portion Fresno City Councilmember Miguel Arias warns that the hold could acceptable a troubling precedent.
