FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The man who died aft colliding with a large rig successful Fresno Thursday has been identified by the Fresno County Coroner's Office.
The coroner's bureau identified the antheral arsenic 83-year-old Hector Lara of Fresno.
On Thursday, the clang took spot astatine astir 1:30 p.m. successful the country of Cedar Avenue and South Avenue.
The California Highway Patrol says astatine the clip of the crash, a large rig was traveling northbound connected Cedar Avenue, approaching South Avenue, and did not person a halt sign. Lara entered the intersection and past collided with the large rig, according to CHP.
CHP says Lara died astatine the scene.
