BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Officials with the Kern County Coroner's Office identified a Madera pistillate who was struck and killed by a conveyance connected Highway 99 on Sunday.
The pistillate was identified arsenic Irma Pacheco Matias, 50, of Madera.
