IDENTIFIED: Fresno man killed after abandoning car, running onto Highway 99

Andrew Magana, 37, of Fresno, was deed and killed by a DUI operator aft abandoning his car connected Highway 99, and the operator was provided assistance for mean injuries and subsequently arrested.
