FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The westbound Highway 180 connector ramp to northbound Highway 99 is closed owed to a clang Monday morning, according to Caltrans.
Caltrans says the shutdown was owed to a conveyance vs a semi-truck mishap that resulted successful a diesel substance spill.
