Hit and run crash kills bicyclist in Fresno County, CHP says

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- The California Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly hit-and-run successful Fresno County.

CHP says a bicyclist was deed by a motortruck connected American Avenue betwixt Chestnut and Maple Avenues conscionable earlier 6:00 a.m.

Officials accidental the operator of the motortruck was heading East connected American Avenue erstwhile they deed the bicyclist riding connected the southbound shoulder.

The bicyclist was taken to the infirmary but died from their injuries.

Another bicyclist was riding connected the northbound enarthrosis and witnessed the crash.

Authorities are searching for the operator of the truck.
