FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A retired K-9 serviceman with the Fresno Police Department has passed away, the section announced Friday.
Officers announced the passing of retired K-9, Cash who began his vocation with the constabulary section successful 2012. Cash was certified arsenic a Patrol K-9 and a Narcotic Detection K-9.
The constabulary section says Cash was much than conscionable a patrol K-9, but a favourite among unit and the community. He enjoyed interacting with officers, dispatchers, CSI and records personnel, arsenic good arsenic interacting with the community, making him an ambassador for officers.
