'Harmless' funnel clouds possible over the Central Valley, NWS says

The National Weather Service has issued a Special Weather Statement for the Central Valley, informing of imaginable upwind gusts up to 40 mph, pea-size hail, predominant cloud-to-ground lightning, and the imaginable for brief, harmless funnel clouds to develop.
