Fresno's 45,000 home plan on hold following late-night city council meeting

The Fresno City Council has delayed the support of the Southeast Development Area (SEDA) plan, which would person annexed 9,000 acres of onshore and built 45,000 caller homes, owed to concerns from the Fresno Unified School District and biology impact.
