Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer announces largest city budget in history

Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer has projected a $2.5 cardinal fund for the city, which includes $1 cardinal for superior betterment projects, but was indispensable to marque outgo cutting efficiencies owed to a $34.5 cardinal deficit.
