BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A Fresno antheral was arrested connected suspicion of execution successful transportation to a deadly mobile location occurrence connected State Road earlier this month, officials said.
Daniel Graham, 41, was arrested for first-degree execution and conspiracy to perpetrate a transgression connected Aug. 18 successful the 500 artifact of Woodrow Avenue, according to apprehension records. The records listed a location code for Graham successful Fresno.
Sheriff's deputies accidental Graham was arrested successful transportation to a fatal mobile location occurrence successful the 6000 artifact of State Road, which occurred Aug. 8.
Family told YourCentralValley.com's sister station, 17 News, that Roxanne Kelly, 63, died successful the fire.
The mobile location parkland connected State Road was besides the tract of an unrelated fatal occurrence successful June.
