Fresno City Council proposes renaming Cesar Chavez Boulevard

Fresno City Council held a peculiar gathering to sermon changing the sanction of Cesar Chavez Blvd. pursuing allegations of intersexual assault, and decided to revert to the erstwhile thoroughfare names.
