Four arrested in connection to a gang-related drive-by shooting in Madera County, police say

COWCHILLA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Three people, including a teenager, are successful custody aft being connected to a drive-by shooting successful Madera County.

Chowchilla Police officers responded to the gunfire connected First Street and Humboldt Avenue.
