FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A erstwhile Fresno Police sergeant has pleaded blameworthy to misdemeanor DUI and possession of a controlled substance.
In March 2022, Fresno Police announced Sgt. Donald Dinnell was accused of driving a patrol car nether the power of intoxicants. At the time, Paco Balderama, who was Fresno's constabulary chief, said Dinnell was "in amerciable possession of controlled and unsafe drugs."
