FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A operator attempting to walk postulation was hospitalized aft a clang connected a Fresno County road Wednesday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol announced.
CHP says conscionable aft 2 p.m. they responded to Highway 180 adjacent Alta Avenue for reports of a multi-vehicle crash.
Officers determined a Nissan Rogue was headed eastbound connected the road and attempted to walk slow-moving traffic. The operator had insufficient country to walk and collided head-on with a Chevy pickup motortruck headed west. The 2 vehicles past crashed into a tiny SUV.
CHP says the operator of the Nissan sustained a large wounded to 1 of his extremities and was flown to a section hospital. The different 2 drivers were driven to a section infirmary with mean to insignificant injuries.
